AI Hackathon Production Slack-bot Assistant: Behind The Build Report

When Club Ichi announced the AI Hackathon, I wanted to see how far I could push AI beyond theory and into practice.

The result? The AI Production Assistant, an intelligent co-pilot built to manage tasks, timelines, and run-of-show details for our September 24th hackathon, which I vibe coded from scratch: ✅ 4,000+ lines of code | ✅ 61 commits | ✅ 57 deployments | ✅ 100% task completion. It started as a wild idea to build a bot that could run a full cue-to-cue of a show… and turned into a production-ready Slack assistant that saved us hours, kept everything synced, and gave the team real-time clarity. This was about testing what AI can really handle under the pressure of live event production.
